About Micronet meetings

General meetings are held most months during the fall and spring academic semesters on the 4th Wednesday of the month, from 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon, in 150 University Hall. Some meeting dates may vary from this schedule, depending on availability of speakers and meeting rooms, administrative and academic holidays, and similar external factors. Occasional meetings may also be held during the summer.

Email announcements are sent to the Micronet mailing list announcing the topics of upcoming meetings, and any changes or cancellations.

Planning session (formerly Steering Committee) meetings, when occasionally called to plan meetings or events or to handle other administrative matters, are held as announced. All Micronet members are invited to participate in these meetings.

Change in Micronet Schedule: Bill Allison will speak at the November meeting instead of the October meeting. Bill will also be speaking about the Productivity Suite, including new email and calendaring products, around 12 noon at the OE Showcase, which will be held in Pauley Ballroom, Martin Luther King Jr. Student Union, Thursday, October 27, 11:00 am–2:00 pm.
